formtrove1. The service
FormTrove provides document utilities such as compression, conversion, signing, faxing, autofill, and optional storage. Features, limits, pricing, and availability may change, with reasonable notice when required.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Clear expectations, in normal words.
These terms describe the current early-access service and the rules that will govern paid plans when live billing is enabled.
2. Your account and files
You are responsible for account activity, accurate recipient information, lawful document contents, and having authority to upload, sign, store, or transmit each file. Do not use FormTrove for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or rights-infringing activity.
3. Keep critical originals
FormTrove is designed with backups and recovery controls, but no online service can guarantee that data will never be lost, delayed, corrupted, intercepted, or unavailable. Keep independent originals of critical documents and use an alternate delivery method for emergencies or non-extendable deadlines.
4. Fax and delivery
A queued or sent status is not proof of receipt. Delivery receipts report information returned by the fax network but may not prove that the intended person reviewed the document. You are responsible for checking recipient numbers and deadline requirements.
5. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew at the disclosed interval until canceled. The checkout flow will show current pricing, included usage, renewal terms, and any overage charges before purchase. Cancellation and refund requests follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy; mandatory local rights still control.
6. Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. FormTrove does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, perfect conversion results, universal recipient acceptance, or suitability for every legal, medical, financial, or regulatory purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the final terms are intended to limit indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages and cap FormTrove’s aggregate liability at the greater of the amount paid during the prior 12 months or a stated minimum. This clause will include required exceptions and will not restrict rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Security and reporting
Report suspected account misuse, privacy concerns, or vulnerabilities to privacy@formtrove.com. Do not access another person’s account or perform disruptive security testing without written authorization.
9. Suspension and misuse
FormTrove may block a file, pause a transmission, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, comply with law, prevent malware or fraud, enforce usage limits, or investigate misuse. Where appropriate, we will explain the action and provide a way to contact support.
10. Vendors
FormTrove uses the providers listed in the Vendor and Subprocessor Register. Providers receive only the information needed for the enabled service. Optional providers receive nothing until they are reviewed, approved, and activated.
